Kyay-Oh

Kyay oh, one of the Burmese Street Food, is made with thin rice noodles and marinated meat balls. The broth is made with pork, chicken, or fish. The pork version, the most popular, uses pork bones and intestine.

There are two difference type of Kyay-Oh. One is with soup and one is without. We call the dry version Kyay-Oh Si Chat. You can find both version in the picture. The front one is with soup and the one from behind is the 'Si Chat'.

YKKO is one of the famous food chain for Kyay-Oh in Myanmar. However, I prefer small restaurants. They make better Kyay-Oh.
