Fried Tofu

Fried yellow tofu is famous in Shan State, Myanmar. Shan State borders China to the north, Laos to the east, and Thailand to the south, and five administrative divisions of Burma in the west. 

The main place to visit in Shan State are Taunggyi, Inlay Lake, Kalaw and Lashio. My favorite is Inlay. It is the second largest lake in Myanmar. We recommend to go to Inlay lake when you visit Burma.
